What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: 5+ years of residential/commercial electrical experience.
- Knowledge: A deep understanding of the NEC and the ability to plan jobs efficiently.
- Reliability: A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and your own hand tools.
- Character: A self-starter attitude with a professional appearance and a customer-first mindset.
- Bonus Points: If you hold a Generac service certification (air or liquid-cooled), you’re already ahead of the curve.
The Role: Electrical Foreman / Journeyman
We are seeking a hands-on lead electrician with 5+ years of experience in residential and light commercial work. You’ll be the face of the company on the job site, ensuring every project meets the National Electrical Code (NEC) and our own high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute residential and light commercial electrical projects from start to finish.
- Lead and mentor an apprentice (0–2 years’ experience), passing on the skills of the trade.
- Manage and maintain a fully stocked company work vehicle.
- Provide top-tier customer service and maintain professional communication with the office.
Schedule & Compensation
- Job Type: Full-time
- Typical Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (plus occasional overtime).
- Pay: Competitive and based on your experience, independence, and skill level.
