Frank was very prompt, professional, and polite. He was very thorough on each task. Frank alerted, explained & showed me a potential hazard in one of the projects that were being replaced. I appreciated the heads up and the 2 solutions he offered to finish the project. No pressure. Just facts. Will definitely call him again.
